My first post!

Hello everyone! I'm not sure if anyone will read this but it is fun for me to get to talk about it. I have started baking again and am going crazy with it. For Christmas I made peanut butter kiss cookies, sugar me a kiss cookies, sugary shortbread cookies, and of coarse cake balls! Everything I baked was a new recipe that I had never tried before (well in fact the first thing not made out of a box!!!)

Everything turned out great and everyone loved them. Now I don't want to stop baking! the biggest hit was the cake balls. I made red velvet cake balls with cream cheese icing dipped in either white or dark chocolate, and chocolate cake balls with chocolate icing dipped in dark chocolate. I also attempted my first fancy cake ball and made a few reindeer ones. They didn't turn out quite like the picture but they did turn out kind of cute!

I look forward to making many more cake balls in many different styles!
